To better serve our members and ensure fair access to our educational offerings, MSBR is implementing a No-Show & Cancellation Policy for all classes and events effective June 1, 2026.  

We get it—things come up!  Just don’t forget to cancel your MSBR class and events 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 no-show fee.  

Last minute exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
