Description
This 3-hour required course for newly licensed agents covers key topics including advertising guidelines, incentives and rebates, open house rules, deposits and earnest money, returning deposits, common interest communities, condominium operations and owner rights, private land use controls, and recent legal updates on common ownership in Maryland. Topic "O" CE requirement for newly licensed agents after 10/1/2023. Taught by MD REALTORS Attorney, virtual Zoom class. Note: This class will also qualify as 1.5-hour CE elective for agents licensed before 10/1/2023.
