Home Deficiencies Through the Years (F) 1.5 CE

Description

This 1.5 hour, MREC approved class will cover common home defects based on the year the home was built or upgraded. Attendee should be able to visually identify these defects, understand the history of the material in question and know the risks associated with the defect. Taught by Affiliate Member, Dave Whaley, National Property Inspections. In person at Chesapeake Community College, 1000 College Circle, Wye Mills on April 23rd from 4:30 pm -6:00 pm.
