Description

1.5-hour session will cover local ordinances, how to apply for a permit, processing times, what projects require a permit, difference between Commercial and Residential, propane tanks requirements, and waterfront setback requirements. In-person at the Caroline County Public Library in Denton. Taught by Crystal Dadds, Director, Caroline County Dept of Planning & Codes.  Professional Development only, no CE credit.
