Description

This course covers the essential considerations for buying and selling properties with solar energy systems, giving real estate professionals a clear understanding of ownership types and the knowledge they need to confidently support clients involved in transactions with existing solar installations. Approved for 1.5 hours of CE credit (Category “F”). This session will be held virtually via Zoom on July 7, 2026, from 10:00–11:30 AM, and is taught by the Maryland Clean Energy Center.
