Required 3 hour for newly licensed agents after 10/1/2023, Topic "K" for license renewal. Will be taught by Michelle Abplanalp, Rosendale Realty.  In-person class at MSBR office. Note: This class will also qualify as 3-hour CE elective for agents licensed before 10/1/2023.
