Description

3-hour CE Topic "J" required for newly licensed after 10/1/2023. Taught by MD REALTORS Attorney.  Virtual Zoom Session. Please note:  This class will also qualify as 1-5 hour CE elective for agents licensed before 10/1/2023.

Effective June 1, 2026. MSBR No-Show & Cancellation Policy for all classes and events 

You must cancel your MSBR class and events 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 no-show fee.  

Last minute exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
