Down Payment Grant Program

The Regional Round meeting at the Hyatt in Cambridge saw a lot of MSBR members where we heard from Maryland REALTORS staff and leadership.

Plus Megan Rosendale and Shandell Green did a presentation on the MSBR Down Payment Grant Program and afterwards, Maryland REALTORS presented MSBR with a $5,000 check for the Down Payment Program!

How do you like the new lock boxes?

They have been distributed.

Switch them out and bring MSBR the old boxes!

April 10: Old lockboxes must be returned to MSBR

IMPORTANT REMINDER

After April 17, 2026, retired 2019 lockboxes cannot be reactivated. If left on a property, they must be cut off at the agent’s or broker’s expense.

SentriLock Dues for 2026

Dues for 2026 SentriLock will remain at $189-

MSBR sent out the invoices on March 20th

New this year- SentriLock fee is payable to MSBR

Pay by April 17, 2026 Shut off date is April 22, 2026

Reinstatement fee is $50.00
