Some of our MSBR members had a great time at the Maryland REALTORS® Conference last week!
The conference was a wonderful opportunity to connect with REALTORS® from across the state, hear what’s happening in their businesses, discover new products and services, and participate in valuable CE and educational sessions.
A special shout-out to Michelle Abplanalp, who did an outstanding job serving as chair of the Mock Professional Standards Case. We’re proud to have MSBR members actively participating and representing our association at the state level!

We get it—things come up! Just don’t forget to cancel your MSBR class 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 no-show fee.
Last minute exceptions reviewed on a case by case basis.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Escrow Agreement Between Buyer, Seller, and Escrow Agent
Dear Brokers, Associate Brokers, & Office Managers,
At this time, the "Escrow Agreement" form has been removed from the Maryland REALTORS® Statewide Forms Library. This agreement is not part of the contract of sale, although brokers could request a copy for compliance purposes. This form is provided by the Maryland Land Title Association (MLTA) for use by title companies and buyers and sellers. It was provided in the Maryland REALTORS® Forms library as a courtesy. Maryland REALTORS® has not received an updated version from MLTA in response to the statutory changes effective October 1, 2026, regarding disbursement and protest of earnest money deposits.
At this time, each title company may provide one for use for buyers and sellers if the title company is an escrow holder in a transaction. As the law changed on October 1, it was determined that it was no longer appropriate to provide an outdated escrow agreement to our members for use by title companies and the previous version has been removed from our Forms Library. Sincerely, Maryland REALTORS® Team
